We turned an industrial palm-oil plantation's own land surveys and operational records into one live, tamper-proof picture — tens of thousands of acres of land, cash and labour, finally visible from a single screen.
What we shipped
Running a 30,000-acre plantation — clearing land, running nurseries, transplanting, paying daily labour — burns cash fast and is wide open to stock leakage, procurement fraud and wage manipulation. The operator was sitting on detailed land surveys and records but had no live, map-level view of where money was going, and its casual-worker ledgers could be edited by hand.
We built on the plantation's own land surveys and operational records, turning them into a live, colour-coded view of 30,000+ acres — every estate, block and plot, by development status. Every stock movement, requisition and payment now flows through controls that make double-spending and tampering impossible, and each manager sees only the estate they're assigned to.
PPPL runs its plantation on Agrovisus: a live, colour-coded map of 30,000+ acres, tamper-proof control of cash, stock and wages, and a strict boundary so each manager sees only their own estate.
