What we shipped
A busy restaurant or shop runs on tools that never agree: a till, a WhatsApp order line, a rider holding cash, a stock book and a spreadsheet for the takings. The gaps between them are where money goes missing.
Counta puts all of it on one record. An order from the storefront, the counter or a phone call becomes one kitchen ticket, one delivery job and one line in the books. Counta Station keeps selling when the internet drops and catches up when it returns. Dispatcha gives riders their jobs, proof of delivery and a cash handover the manager signs off. Every business is walled off from every other at the database level.
Counta runs the whole trading day. Each business gets its own storefront, its own counter and its own books, and turns on only the modules it needs: kitchen, delivery, loyalty, credit accounts, staff.
